■ Plant has been incorporated & commenced production in Apr’2014.
■ Total Land & Built up Area :8800 & 7000 SQ FT.
■ Processing entire range of Thermoplastic like PP, POM, PC+ABS, Acrylic,
Nylon GF, PBT GF etc. components.
■ We have joint venture with “Inspire Tooling Pvt. Ltd.” for Tool Room activities
like Mould Manufacturing & Mould Maintenance.
Team Size
■ Total: 15 Nos on roll +18 Nos. contract basis
■ Core Team - 8 Nos.
Finance & Account, H R and Admin, NPD/Tool room,
Maintenance, Manufacturing, Quality, Assembly, Stores Staff etc.
■ We can expand our team as per customer requirements with the help of our
channel resources.
Our Investments
• The Injection Moulding Division is installed at Pune Plant to cater the
requirements of Automotive and Consumer Appliance Industries.
• The installed capacity of 8 Injection Machines of 35 tons ~ 150 tons of reputed
manufacturers.
• Machines available are 35T – 1no.(Vertical); 50T – 2 Nos. ; 80T – 1no. ; 90T – 2
Nos. ; 110T – 1no. & 150T – 1no.
• Coiling assembly winding machine and also copper de enamling machine.
• Wire cutting crimping machine, sleeve cutting machine, terminal crimping
machine, soldering station, dip soldering bath.
• Genset – 62.5 KVA
• Compressor
• Hydro-Pneumatic Press – 2 T
• VMM - Measurement
